Esse projeto foi um dos mais legais que eu tive a oportunidade de participar.
Em 2014 a Schlumberger na China promoveu o Family Day, evento que teve o intuito de integrar as famílias de seus funcionários.
Em uma empresa que emprega pessoas do mundo todo, eventos como esses são muito importantes para integrar essas famílias que vem de diversos lugares do mundo.
O desafio foi de adaptar o mascote já existente e criar um novo que englobasse essas etnias, de forma a representar essa diversidade étnico-cultural; expressões faciais e posições de mão e corpo também necessitaram ser feitos, já que o mascote original só tinha uma posição.
A arte virou um enorme e divertido background de 6,40 metros por 2,30 para tirar fotos e enfeitar o evento.
Gostaria de aproveitar e agradecer mais uma vez ao Gustav pelo convite e a oportunidade de levar meu trabalho a lugares que jamais imaginei estar. Fico muito contente e grata em saber que minha arte foi usada mais uma vez aqui no Brasil também!
This project was one of the coolest I had the opportunity to work on.
In 2014 Schlumberger China held the Family Day, an event intended to bring together the employees' families.
In a company with employees coming from all over the world, events like these are very important to bring together families with such a diverse cultural background.
The challenge was to adapt the existing mascot and to create a new one that would embody the multiple ethnic backgrounds, so that it would portray these people; facial expressions, as well as hand and body positions also needed to be designed, since the original mascot only had one position.
The artwork became a huge and fun 6.40m by 2.30m backdrop that was used to decorate the event and where people could take pictures.
I would like to thank Gustav once again for the invitation and the opportunity to take my work to places I never imagined it would be. I am very glad and thankful that my artwork was used once again here in Brazil as well!
