현관문만 잘 잠갔다고 집이 100% 안전한 것은 아닙니다. 창문은 우리가 평소에 신경 쓰지 않았던 주거 보안의 숨겨진 약점이기 때문입니다. Plus Link Z는 키인 링크 플랫폼에 연동된 IOT제품입니다. 키인 링크 앱을 통해 창문 자동 개폐 설정, CCTV 영상 관리, 외출 및 야간 보안 강화 등의 기능을 관리 및 사용할 수 있습니다. Plus Link Z는 플러스 링크 플랫폼의 확장성에 유연하게 스며들어 더욱 안전한 주거 환경을 제공함으로써 사용자의 삶의 질을 더 향상 시킵니다.

Just because the front door is locked well does not mean that the house is safe 100%. Because windows are a hidden weakness of residential security that we don't usually care about. Plus Link Z is an IOT product linked to the key-in link platform. The Link app allows you to manage and use functions such as automatic window opening and closing, CCTV management, and enhanced security at night. Plus Link Z provides a more secure residential environment by infusing the scalability of the Plus Link platform to further improve the quality of life for users.

Security problems of windows.

대검찰청의 범죄 분석 통계 및 미디어 보도에 따르면 대한민국 다세대/단독 주택 대상 침입 범죄 중 침입 경로의 최저 40% 이상이 창문인 것으로 나타났습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 창문 단속까지 꼼꼼히 실시하는 가정은 설문 응답자 중 23%밖에 차지하지 않는 것으로 집계되었습니다. 또한, 각종 범죄 통계 및 관련 뉴스 보도에 의하면 1층이나 단독 주택과 같이 저층 세대가 아닌 5층 이상의 고층 세대에서도 창문을 통한 침입 범죄가 적지 않은 빈도로 나타나 많은 시민들이 불안감을 느끼고 있습니다.

침입 범죄의 예방책으로, 창문 외부에 방범창을 설치하여 외부 침입을 방지하고 있습니다. 그러나, 실제로 적용되고 있는 시중의 방범창은 휴대용 파이프 절단기로 쉽게 파괴되어 실질적인 범죄 억제력이 떨어지는 문제점이 있습니다. 그에 더해, 최근 폭우로 인한 수해 상황에서 방범창은 내부로부터 탈출을 가로막아 또다른 인명사고로 이어지는 등 비극적인 사건이 있기도 했습니다. 이처럼 방범창은 실질적 범죄 예방 효과가 떨어짐과 동시에, 마치 감옥을 연상하는 미관상 문제점과 재해 상황 시 탈출을 막는 등 다양한 문제점을 야기하고 있죠.

According to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's crime analysis statistics and media reports, at least 40% of the intrusion routes for multi-family/detached houses in South Korea are windows. Nevertheless, only 23% of the survey respondents are households that carefully checking on windows. In addition, according to various crime statistics and related news reports, intrusion crimes through windows are often found in high-rise households over fifth floor and many citizens are anxious about that.

As a preventive measure for intrusion crimes, many Korean households selected security window frames for outside to prevent intrusion. However, there is a problem that the security window frame on current market in South Korea that are actually applied are easily destroyed by portable pipe cutters, resulting in poor practical crime deterrence. In addition, in the recent flood situation caused by heavy rain, the security window blocked the escape from the inside, leading to another casualty. As such, crime prevention window frames are less effective in preventing actual crimes, while causing various problems such as aesthetic problems reminiscent of prisons and preventing escape in the event of a disaster.

주거 시설 창문 보안 문제점의 해결책으로 Plus Link Z를 제안합니다. Z는 창문 외부의 보안 카메라 (모듈 1)와 내부의 창문 잠금 장치 (모듈 2), 창문 슬라이드 오프너 (모듈 3)로 구성되었습니다. 각 모듈은 금속재 행어에 단단하게 고정되어, 항상 오류 없이 정확하게 작동합니다.

I propose Plus Link Z as a solution to the problem of residential window security. Z consists of a security camera outside the window (Module 1), internal window locks (Module 2), and a window slide opener (Module 3). Each module is firmly secured to the metal hanger and always operates correctly without errors.

Plus Link Z의 모듈 1은 창문 외부 프레임 상단에 설치된 보안 카메라입니다. 회전형 카메라를 통해 외부를 촬영 하고, 센서를 통해 거수자의 움직임이 장시간 포착될 시 경고 음성을 고출력 스피커를 통해 내보냅니다. 스크린을 통해 보안 시스템이 가동중임을 알리고, 강제로 침입하려는 움직임이 감지될 경우 촬영된 영상과 위치 정보를 인근 경찰서 및 등록된 연락처로 전송하게 됩니다. 강력한 경고 음성과 외부 스크린을 통해 침입 범죄자의 불안 심리를 자극하여 침입 범죄 예방율을 크게 높여줄 수 있습니다.

Plus Link Z의 모듈 2와 3은 실내 창문 프레임 상단에 설치되는 잠금쇠 및 자동문을 위한 슬라이드 오프너 입니다. 모듈 2는 창문 잠금쇠로서, 설정한 너비보다 창문이 더 열리지 않도록 막아주는 역할을 합니다. 모듈 3는 슬라이드형 창문을 자동으로 열고 닫을 수 있도록 고마찰 휠이 탑재된 제품입니다. 두 가지 모듈 전부 플러스 링크 앱에 연동되어 창문 개폐 시간 설정 및 자동화, 잠금쇠 개폐 설정, 야간 및 외출 시 보안 강화 등의 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다.

Module 1 of the Plus Link Z is a security camera installed at the top of the window exterior frame. External videos are taken through a rotating camera and alert sounds are emitted through a high-power speaker if the sensor detects the movement of stranger for a long time. The screen notifies you that the security system is operational, and if it detects a movement to force an intrusion, the captured videos and location information will be sent to the nearby police station and registered contact information. Strong warning voices and external screens can stimulate the anxiety of intruders, greatly increasing the rate of intrusion crime prevention.

Modules 2 and 3 on Plus Link Z are slide openings for locks and automatic doors that are installed on the top of the interior window frame. Module 2 is a window lock that prevents the window from opening more than the set width. Module 3 is equipped with a high friction wheel to automatically open and close sliding windows. Both modules are linked to the Plus Link app to set and automate window opening and closing times, lock opening and closing settings, and enhance security at night and when you go out.

모듈 1의 디자인에는 키인 기존 제품의 디자인을 계승하는 헤어라인 마감 공법과 함께 브랜드 포인트 컬러를 적용하였습니다. 메인 컬러는 화이트로 적용하여 보안 관련 제품에서는 자주 보이지 않는 새로운 컬러감을 확인할 수 있습니다. 내장 배터리는 모듈 3와 연결되어 일괄 적인 배터리 교체가 가능합니다. 전면에는 40mm 직경의 회전형 카메라, 동작 인식 센서, 고출력 플래시 라이트, 사인 스크린이 탑재되어 있습니다.

The design of Module 1 is applied with a brand point color along with a hairline finishing method that inherits the design of the existing product of Keyin. The main color is applied in white to reveal new colors that are not often seen in security-related products. The internal battery is connected to Module 3 for a batch battery replacement. The front features a 40mm diameter rotary camera, motion recognition sensor, high-power flashlight, and a LCD sign screen.

모듈 1의 후면 양측에 고출력 스피커가 탑재됩니다. 강력한 경고음을 발산할 수 있으며, 강제로 모듈을 훼손 하려는 움직임이 감지될 경우 경고음과 함께 촬영된 영상을 링크 앱에 등록된 연락처로 자동 전송합니다. 카메라는 상단 15도, 하단 30도까지 촬영 각도를 조절할 수 있습니다.

High power speakers mounted on both sides of the rear of module 1. It can emit a strong warning tone and automatically sends videos to contact registered in the link app if it detects a movement to force the module to be damaged. The angle of camera can be adjusted to 15 degrees above and 30 degrees below.

모듈 2의 창문 개폐 넓이 조절을 위한 스토퍼입니다. 플러스 링크 앱을 설정을 통해 창문 개폐 넓이를 커스텀 할 수 있습니다. 설정된 창문 개방 시간이 지나면 자동으로 스토퍼의 잠금쇠가 내려가 닫힙니다. 창문 단속을 깜빡하더라도 침입 등 불시의 사고가 일어나지 않도록 주거 안전을 지키는 모듈입니다.

Stopper for adjusting the window opening/closing width of module 2. You can customize the window opening and closing width by setting up the Plus Link app. After the set window opening time, the stopper locks down and closes automatically. It is a module that protects housing safety to prevent intrusion even if you forget to crack down on windows.

모듈 2의 오토락 장치입니다. 오토락은 마찬가지로 나머지 모듈들과 블루투스 연동을 통해, 설정된 창문 개방 시간이 지나면 자동으로 창문이 잠기도록 보안을 유지합니다. 프레임에 설치되었을 때 위화감이 덜하도록 오토락 모듈에는 메인 컬러인 화이트를 더 많이 사용하고 더 적은 비율의 포인트 컬러(#EA5518)를 적용하였습니다.

Auto-lock device on module 2. The Autolock similarly works with the rest of the modules through Bluetooth to ensure that the windows are automatically locked after the set window opening time. To make it look less uncomfortable when installed in the frame, the autolock module uses more white, the main color, and applies a smaller percentage of point color (#EA5518).

Omni wheels with powerful motor are adapted.

모듈 3은 마찰력이 뛰어난 전동 휠이 탑재된 자동 창문 오프너입니다. 뛰어난 마찰력을 통해 슬라이드형 창문을 자동으로 열고 닫아줍니다. 창문 프레임에 정확하게 밀착되어 무거운 프레임을 잘 밀어낼 수 있도록 강력한 마찰력을 가진 옴니 휠 디자인이 적용되었습니다. 3개의 전동 휠이 슬라이드형 창문을 강하게 밀고 당길 수 있도록 강력한 모터가 탑재됩니다.

Module 3 is an automatic window opener with electric wheels with excellent friction. It automatically opens and closes sliding windows with powerful friction wheel. Omni wheel design is applied to accurately adhere to the window frame and push the heavy frame well. A powerful motor is fitted to allow the three electric wheels to push and pull the sliding windows strongly.

모듈 3의 형태는 직육면체에서 구의 형태로 부드럽게 이어지는 심플한 조형이 특징입니다. 심플한 실루엣 위에 벤트홀 커버와 내장 부품 커버의 CMF를 각각 포인트 컬러 사용 및 헤어라인 마감 공법을 더해 악센트를 주었습니다. 상단 금속 커버를 들어내서 배터리를 교체할 수 있습니다. 벤트홀 커버를 탈착 하여 내부에 쌓인 먼지를 손쉽게 청소할 수 있습니다. 모듈 1, 2와 마찬가지로 링크 앱에 연동되어, 창문 개방 및 폐쇄 타임라인을 설정할 수 있습니다.

Module 3 features a simple form that extends smoothly from a rectangular parallelepiped to a sphere. On top of a simple silhouette, the CMF of the vent hole cover and the interior parts cover is accentuated by adding point color and hairline finishing method, respectively. The top metal cover can be lifted to replace the battery. The vent hole cover can be removed for easy cleaning of dust accumulated inside. Like modules 1 and 2, it works with the link app to set the window opening and closing timeline.
