This project is an open-ended research and development into the Houdini Vellum system.

I explored controlling various vellum constraint properties and the interactions of them in the solver and VEX. The constraints experimented included cloth, pressure, string, attach to geometry, weld, stitch, shape match rigid body.

I wanted to illustrate different types of smile. In life, there are smiles that truly express happy and joyful moments but sometimes there are smiles that one keeps on just for the sake of it, even if it’s not the real feeling that they would have.
