Wolfgang Weingart Experimental Booklet

Throughout my experience in working with Indesign, I had the opportunity for a research project to design an experimental booklet. The reason why it is "experimental" is because of the unique structure and planning of this book. It folds out in numerous ways keeping the viewer engaged not only in the design, but it the form of media itself. This project taught me to look at form and structure, and a different way to look at print media when designing. My research was done on the life and artwork of Wolfgang Weingart, a typographer and graphic design who invented "new wave" design. In the book, some of his artwork is used, as well as my own design which is based off of his style.
