Inspired by the humble fruit, El Limón, we honor limónes as they are a big part of Latin cuisine. We incorporate limónes into each of our cocktails to enhance the flavor and experience to our customers.
Founded in 2022, El Limón’s primary focus is to serve Latin cocktails within a homey environment. One thing that we noticed in the Louisville cocktail scene, is the lack of creating an experience where one can easily feel at home but be served quality drinks. Here at El Limón, we are a home with punchy flavors but with a very down-to-earth experience.
Our mission is to provide cocktails that reflect Latin American culture. Along with our cocktails, we provide an authentic welcoming experience through an earthy, 70s theme with a modern twist. You will feel right at home with a cocktail in hand and with good company.
