Looking back to this past summer I reflected on some self-care habits that helped me improve a lot my physical and mental well-being lately. As every habit, one single day means nothing until you incorporate in your daily basis. Living in this frenetic world and stressful is easy to forget them all, but at least doing 1-2 every day can keep you alive. This is a reminder to myself that turned into a small personal project :)
