Saltgrass Steakhouse needed a new, engaging kid's menu to help parents have a more "peaceful" meal.
With the design and introduction of Dusty the cowboy and Salty the longhorn, as well as multiple versions with different games on the back for all age groups in mind the menus exceeded the mark.
