"Elements of the Remix Culture"
This is my final “online exhibition piece”
This exhibition piece combines the elements found in the poster. It starts of with and explanation on Remix Culture, continuing on to ask the user to scroll down. As they scroll down then are faced with a vinyl that represents the original track and artist. I feel that giving the user the option of playing the track adds a significant interactive element, that helps to engage the user.
This is my final ‘illustration’ for the exhibition.
The image captures the idea of the artists conection through their music. The periodic table icons represent the elements that are needed to have created Darkes “Take Care”.
The background image represents the songs meaning. The phrase “I’ll Take care of you” is shown by the couple looking after each other in this dark dramctic place.
The visual style represents contempaory music poster design.
