Renovated Public Spaces offered at the Kazan Kremlin after restoration. What has for a long time served as an administrative building will now become a large creative space. The complex has been designed to attract both locals and tourists. They will accommodate a children’s crafts center, restaurants with national cuisine and a large new lecture hall. Next year, a visit center, exhibition spaces, the Kazan Kremlin Museum and a bookstore are planned to open there.

The building is done in the Classicist style. Its architectural feature is pilasters on the main facade that create an impression of there being central and side avant-corps, parts of the building protruding beyond the main facade line. Eventually, its simplified representation was chosen as the basis for the logo we developed.

Of course, in our brand style, we wanted to preserve the spirit of local history, like the surviving jack arched basement and national motives. They are present in the renovated interiors of the building as unobtrusive accent elements. That’s how we got arched visual elements used in various types of communications.
