From 2005 -- 2007, I created downloadable layouts for the eFiction content management system under the nickname Lazuli.
eFiction is a specialized CMS aimed specifically for creative writing, stories, poetry, prose, fanfiction, and other sorts of written content. It has functions to both allow user generated content as well as using it to host only your own writing.
Since the majority of eFiction's users are using it for fanfiction, a few of my layouts utilized images from copyrighted material, such as Harry Potter and the Japanese anime, Bleach.

My first layout I created back in 2007, due to the overwhelming majority of Harry Potter fans involved in eFiction at the time. It's a Harry Potter themed layout, utilizing images from the end credits of the film, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
My second layout, this time using no copyrighted images but rather royalty-free stock photos. Distributed as part of the default layouts included with eFiction downloads, this is probably one of my most popular layouts. This layout has been ported to the current version of eFiction and is still in use to this day.
My third layout created for eFiction. This is a Japanese anime inspired layout, with the original version utilizing images from the anime, Bleach. This version is currently in use on my own site, Lunaescence Archives, and I've opted to omit all copyrighted images so it appeals to all the forms of writing on my site.
My fourth and final layout for eFiction. This layout is entirely fluid, able to resize to fit nearly every possible resolution. I opted for a very simple, clean design for this. However, I did included detailed instructions for customizing and adding graphics should the user require it.
