Mama Matcha was established in early 2022 by Sara Tanaka in England, United Kingdom. Sara’s family migrated from Japan to the UK in the late 90’s. Sara always loved the way her mother prepared traditional green tea and believed that everyone should be able to taste and have the same experience; in their own home. From this, Mama Matcha was born. 

Mama Matcha is an organic matcha powder brand that is sourced from ingredients in Japan. The matcha powder can be used in various ways (traditional green tea, latte’s and in cooking).

Mama Matcha is a brand to remember, with the signature Half Moon Creative “wiggly” typeface based branding.
