DoodlesTok by CROING Agency



The idea was to create a series of filters inspired by the successful Doodles brand. To do this,
we studied their target and the TikTok filters that had the most impact. Then, we created the strategy
based on the "DoodlesTok" concept, and opened an account.

The result? Two colorful animated filters that transform any video into a magical world.







We used Adobe Illustrator for the initial sketch and illustration.
After that, we animated it in Adobe After Effects and then coded and developed
the final results in Effect House, TikTok's AR effects platform.



      


The filters work with basic
user movements and interactions.





Effect House is the newest TikTok's AR tool to create and share high-quality
augmented reality filters on their platform. In there, we builded and coded the effects
and their interactions with the users. 


We used the Segmentation effect for the backgrounds and Head & Face trackers
for activate the filters when doing certain movements.




As soon as we posted it, the filters smash it:
thousands of users used them and had fun with it.
