With a holistic approach to exercise, nutrition, sleep, breathing and mindset, Claus Wagner kicked off his own fitness studyo. His ambition: To make people healthier and happier. A studyo that focuses on integral personal training, that lives the art of training and that encourages the everyday athletes inside of us.

dýo = Greek for „two“ = highlighting the value of personal training
as well as embracing the Greek history of high-performance sports.

The logo stands for impulse, pulse and movement (a rope in motion) as well as the initials of Claus Wagner. The art of training.
