About the project: CFA Institute faced a massive challenge—only 1 in 4 prospects who began the registration process ultimately finished. I analyzed registration abandonment throughout the registration process to identify where CFA was losing candidates. To visualize how the process could improve, I wireframed an optimized approach to registration.
