Way • find • ing - Wayfinding encompasses all of the ways in which people orient themselves in physical space and navigate from place to place.
Designed with clear hierarchy for maximum readability. Every room in the Visual Arts Department will use this same style. Before this system plaques were freely designed with no guidelines by each professor.
Designed for readability at distances. Every building in the Visual Arts Department has a letter designation that was previously denoted only by an 8.5 x 11 paper print out on the side windows. Designs will be installed in white vinyl.
Designed with clear hierarchy. Previous signage for "Gallery Hours" was sloppy and had no hierarchy.
