About project
The HR Forum is held annually by RBC. Its main goal is to bring together HR specialists from major companies to discuss topical issues and try to find problem solutions.
In 2022, HR faces difficult questions: hiring when citizens leave the country, finding alternative IT solutions to keep the HR industry running, and a lack of market development prospects.
It was necessary to create a key visual that helps support the main idea: finding solutions in a difficult situation.
RBC's corporate identity was taken as the basis of the key visual in order not to lose brand consistency.
