Autonomous non-commercial organization “Digital economy” has launched a project called “ALL.ONLINE” that helps people to learn new digital skills and stay safe in the digital environment. We created educational animation content for clients' website.
The basis of the concept is the underwater world because it is great for IT and cybersecurity storytelling. Ocean is a symbol of the unknown.
The Internet is the same as the ocean depths - it’s a separate space that, however follows the laws of physics and logic, is organised very differently. Ocean is a place where many unique creatures live. The underwater city Kitovsk is governed by mayor Whale. There are characters unlike each other in different neighbourhoods: Tortoise — in the old part of the city, young mother Octopus — in a bedroom community, and chav girls Herrings usually hang out in a sunken ship that is called the “Titanic” club.
Each video tells a story about one of the city residents that was deceived by a scammer. The role of a storyteller is played by a policeman named Seahorse.
In the end of each video Seahorse takes a statement from the victim and explains to them and to the viewer how to avoid fraud. By the way, for our cases we have used fraud schemes one may encounter in real life.
