For the last six years of developing my oil painting style I have created a few Valentine's Day hearts for my wife. You can see the transformation of the style, the top one being the first one I did and so forth. You can see the struggle in the second one as I am trying to figure out what the hell I am doing. When I picked up the palette knife is when things really changed and the journey continues every day.
