Located around 50 km west of Kairouan, Trozza is the eponymous mountain that watches over the olive grove. It holds a rich variety of key natural resources and buried treasures such as the healing thermal springs and baths, attracting visitors every day. Serj Mountain, on its part, has an enormous cave, undoubtedly the largest known in Africa, which attests to significant water inflows to the ceiling and turns out to be a perennial source of water. Located on the Tunisian ridge, Ousselat Mountain has a very rich flora protected by impressive caves with rock paintings of a prehistoric man in a cradle. Our olive grove preserves the timeless qualities of ancestral olive oil. Moreover, it can be considered as a living metaphor of a preserved region: olive oil that extracts pride, authenticity, and a thousand-year-old blend of wild fauna.
