Collaborative Bar Mixer Flyer
Overview:
Every year the law firms of Arizona have an annual bar mixer event. This year the event was set to be held at Bowlero Christown in Phoenix, Arizona. Some of the organizations that participate in these events include the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Arizona Black Bar Association, and the Arizona Asian American bar Association.
The Challenge:
The law firms needed a digital flyer in order to spread the word that the event was taking place. The flyer needed to say what was taking place, the location of the event, the time, the participants, the sponsors, and the link for the RSVP site.
The Final Design:
The law firms said that they wanted all of their logos to fit onto the flyer and to try and space everything out as much as possible so that it does not appear too cramped together. They also requested that the link leads straight to the RSVP website when clicked on. So I arranged the flyer to be a PDF and connected the link to the website. I also managed to add enough space for all of the participants and the sponsors to be visibly appealing.
