Moving on from Tokopedia's tagline "Mulai Aja Dulu", Tokopedia wants user to perceive the brand real purpose. A new line that is articulate the "why" Tokopedia is the #1 place you will immediately think of when you need anything, anytime, anywhere. 

The one place that is reliable, dependable and devoted to every Indonesian. 
We didn't go with manifesto route as kickoff. We chose to be direct and as relatable as we can in daily life. Communicating the contrast of each Tokopedia’s USP to showcase that our app is the solution for all types of consumer. Showing in 15 & 6 seconders use case video, that with Tokopedia you can find almost anything and fulfill your daily needs. Not stopping there, our new USP "Selalu Ada, Selalu Bisa" resonates through all our communications.
