“What-If” and “Think like a Risk Manager” are the training activities initiative to create a different method for raising awareness for Risk Management among all corporate employees and we gamified the awareness messages to increase engagement. These activities train the workers in different scenarios and reduce HR burdens. Best performing users get promotions in the Leaderboard. The activity data is stored and analyzed to solve the real-life corporate problems that employees are facing.
