In our brand, an OCA protects the internal elements, symbolizing a commitment to the raw materials of our dishes. The sun and the moon, in addition to being elements present in the Mapuche culture flag, also symbolize the passage of time, a fundamental element for growth and change. The araucaria, besides being a tree native to the region, carries the meaning of rebirth. It embodies the cycle of life, death, and resurrection.

Being deeply rooted in the earth, it also conveys the significance of respecting one's origins. Additionally, we allude to the fork, an item that connects individuals with the experience of placing something new in their mouths.

A mulher Mapuche simboliza o cuidado. Ela é criadora da vida, é mãe, filha e irmã. Sua sabedoria ancestral representa nossa madre Terra.
