About the project
I have ridden horses for over 20 years. Having spent a lot of time in different stables I have continuously observed the problem with extensive pain being exerted on the horses in riding schools. Talking with the instructors I discovered that they also knew the problem but they didn’t know how to deal with it. In this project, with the available resources I try to tackle that problem.
Prototype testing
Based on my personal knowledge and with instructors' insight, conceptual models were created. At the beginning the models were tested on a horse skull. Before testing on a live animal the prototypes were properly prepared and durability tested.
Thanks to the opportunity of testing on live animals I could better verify and apply changes to my ideas.
