Our task is to design a spread using a grid of our choice. The format is A4 and the topic could be anything.

The topic we did is to choose and showcase a character we like in one page as sort of a magazine with 'cool' characters to show off.

Page 1 is designed around the iconic colors of the game as the background. Since it's a showcase, I had a .png sprite of the character be shown on the page first and his introduction next to the sprite. I then inserted text about his overall design and his personality in the game. To end off the page I showed some cover art from the anime, concept art for the character and a split art of the character and his persona.

For the next page, the character is from a game named Another Eden. the background colour from the previous page is carried over to make sure that it looks consistent.

The images are taken from screenshots ingame of the character's profile as well as its sprites in battle and on the world map

Then finally a side by side comparison of the finished spread and gridlines.
