Концепт трансформације локације у Вишњици је у овом раду заснован на еколошкој одрживости и стварању здраве средине, сачињене од добро умрежених и повезаних локалних екосистема, ослањајући се на културне и социјалне специфичности становништва. Локација Вишњице подељена је на три функционално повезане зоне - EDUCATION HUB, RESEARCH HUB, и ECOlution HUB, које, поред становања, пружају могућност за одвијање различитих допунских активности. Рад се додатно бави и питањима формирања колективне, самоодрживе заједнице и унапређења квалитета живота, кроз испитивање различитих модела становања, међусобним повезивањем отворених зелених простора и увођењем површина за урбану пољопривреду.
The concept of transformation of the location in Višnjica in this project is based on ecological sustainability and the creation of a healthy environment, made up of well-networked and connected local ecosystems, relying on the cultural and social specificities of the population. The location of Višnjica is divided into three functionally connected zones - EDUCATION HUB, RESEARCH HUB, and ECOlution HUB, which, besides housing, provide the opportunity for various additional activities. Additionally, the work deals with the issues of forming a collective, self-sustaining community and improving the quality of life, through the examination of different housing models, the interconnection of open green spaces and the introduction of areas for urban agriculture.
