In collaboration with the SapientNitro research team, I designed content to clarify a year of research findings and help internal marketers recognize behavioral patterns within the retailer's community of shoppers.  
I developed four customer archetypes based on established behavior patterns.
Using these archetypes as a foundation, we developed journey maps for each. We established their guiding principles, needs, wants, latent needs, and top engagement channels. From there, we developed an ideal shopping scenario for each archetype, distinguishing where their moments of truth likely compel them to shift towards and away from making a purchase.
