Farm Cultural Park | Favara

The well-known urban planner Maurizio Carta was the first to speak of the “Farm multiverse” referring to what are often called “parallel dimensions” as coexisting universes outside our space-time.
The first galaxy in Favara in the first ten years consecrated Farm Cultural Park as one of the most influential independent cultural centers of the contemporary cultural world and one of the most accredited international organizations in projects involving the rethinking and rebirth of dying cities.
Winner of countless awards including the prestigious award of the homonymous American foundation Curry Stone Design Prize, as one of the 100 international experiences that have produced the greatest social impact in the world in the last ten years and the Human Design City Award of the City of Seoul; invited in 2012, 2016, and 2020 to the Venice Architecture Biennale and published in the most important national and international media such as The Guardian, Vogue and Domus, Farm was presented, among other places, in Washington, Pittsburgh, and Detroit and guest of the American Department of State, at the Dublin Global Platform, of the European Union, guest of Unesco in Meishan, China and in Abu Dhabi on the occasion of the World Urban Forum 10 guests of the United Nations. In 2021 Farm is Official Partner of New European Bauhaus.
After producing, a little all across Italy, vital Farm organs such as Sou, the School of Architecture for Children, and Prime Minister, the School of Politics for young women, Farm has decided to give birth to other Farms in other cities.
Not clones of Favara, but complementary places to Farm Cultural Park in Favara.
The second “Galaxy” of this “Farm multiverse” is located in Mazzarino with three and potentially “n places of the city” where Farm will operate: The Farm Embassy, a place for cultural diplomacy activities; Plurals - broaden horizons, a new concept of youth space with a Magazine Library and a Stage space and finally Peacocks FARM a new experimental research project, laboratory, and creative production on the themes of arts, education, the environment, place-city making which will take its first steps at the beginning of 2023 - www.farmculturalpark.com
