MADWOMAN
In a world where cultural, social and scientific paterns (among others) were established by men, the lack of knowlege regarding female biology and behaviour shaped the understanding and perspective of women’s place in society. With the goal of deconstructing the idea of female insanity, this project reflects the volatility of women in the diagnosis of madness.
Madwoman is a speculative and fictitional design project that approaches these topics in an attempt to deconstruct ideas and social constructions for long rooted in our society.
