Global Citizen
BRIEF 
The brief was to inspire monolingual young adults to commit to learning a second language, by advertising the personal and professional rewards gained by learning a language.

OUTPUT 
Concept and brand a language learning product or service that goes beyond the standard audio lessons and evening classes. Consider weird and wonderful solutions.
RESPONSE
Our response was to create a language learning service where people would experience an aspect of the culture their chosen language was a part of. 
LOGO
The design of our logo features elements, which are synonymous with the 5 senses. The arrangement of the eye muscles, the projection of sound waves, the appearance of taste buds, the response of touch points and the appearance of aroma particles are all represented in one simple, elegant graphic.
POSTERS
Our brand features a range of 5 posters to represent each of the 5 senses, which also feature an aspect of the culture you will simultaneously be introduced to when using VASGO. The background features a main colour, which we have assigned to a particular sense and used whenever we mention that sense e.g. blue for sight, with a subtle radial gradient. The main focus of the poster however is the photographic image we have used to represent the body part associated with a sense, created using the aspect of culture you will also experience. These include landmarks for sight, music for hearing, fashion for touch, food for taste and aroma for smell. 
DIRECT MAIL
Our aim is for these posters to inspire people to visit the VASGO website and order a free package which they receive through the post that contains an information graphic and brochure. The brochure is for the recipient to refer to in order to learn more about how the VASGO experience actually works and contains inspirational quotes about each of the senses. The infographic neatly displays 5 reasons of why you should learn a second language and aims to keep the reader inspired. 
WEBSITE
The VASGO website is simple and reflects the style of our brand and campaign. From here, customers can order the free information graphic and brochure pictured above to find out more information about
the VASGO service.
