In the competition task, it was proposed to restore the facades of the old brick factory and place new buildings (dormitories and a residential building for rent for young families). The "czas" project consists of a complex of four buildings. All buildings are located along the edges of the territory and form an almost closed figure, and the paths and landscaping inside seem to wrap the entire environment into a ring of time, in which all generations unite. Landscaping includes a variety of pavement pavements. Also the main advantage is the sidewalk system, which generates electricity thanks to pedestrians walking on it. Bicycle paths along the pedestrian links are proposed along the territory and behind it. To the east of the entire complex was an old car park. Since we have increased the number of residents in the territory, we proposed to implement underground parking under the old one for cars, and on the ground to build parking spaces for bicycles.
