Etalon Group is one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development. In spring 2022 Etalon Group acquired YIT Russia, which focuses on mid-market residential real estate in five different Russian regions.

Objective
The main task was to integrate YIT with Etalon Group by refreshing a website design with elements of brand identity refreshed.

A redesign of the website was carried out by developing the systems of components that can be easily scaled and supported by SMM managers.

First screen and quick search
We have created a simple but multifunctional component with a service unit and an autorun slide to browse the promotions.
A quick search is a tool that allows you to browse and filter the apartment list by room type, budget to find exactly what you are looking for.
Project page
The development of this component was a bit complicated, because it was supposed to contain all the information about the residence: the name and logo, description, facts about the types of real estate for sale, from 1 to 3 booklets and promotions related to this residence.
So we reused the first screen approach to keep the design consistent throughout the website. Since each residence has its own identity, we used it by coloring the components.
