Cuatro’s travel documentary series has been a huge success with their different target audiences and the program’s graphics, especially the opening sequence, is highly recognizable. Using a punkie, urban, collage-style to create a very strong and direct image, we used important icons representative of some of the most interesting cities in the world blended with illustrated images of the reporters who travel to these far-flung destinations. A powerful color palette of red, white, black and light blue serve to further strengthen the urban image, as well as brush strokes, sprays of graffiti and the sharp camera angles.
