I had initially been approached by a friend who had asked me to create a logo for her daughter who sells homemade, eco-friendly, vegan candles at a stall on the weekends.
The client had sent over a mock up for what they wanted the final product to look like but outside of these guidelines I had complete creative freedom.
I initially played around with what I considered eco-friendly colours and designs such as the recycling circular borders, leaves for the bottom half of the candle logo and using a pattern made up of multiple circles to replicate soil.
Once I had settled on a design I then created two mock ups, one of a candle container and one of a t-shirt to show what the logo would look like placed on product.
