Employer: Vero Moda (Retail department at HQ)
To manage the ongoing changes in user access to the internal app "VM Retail Universe", we build a network of local ambassadors who were trained in using the app's backend. To support this training and supply them with a long term manual we made this backend manual as an digital magazine in iPaper.
The "VM Retail Universe app" is an internal communications and training app. With the employee mobile app we reached our global store teams (600+ stores in 19 countries) and national organizations daily with brand news, urgent retail information, a global community of sharing everyday experiences and wins, and training.
