A methodical analysis of selected countries within the LATAM region most suited for a nearshore software development operation.

This analysis was based upon foundational pillars which include Talent (availability &
quality), Cost, Government Laws and cultural/spatial proximity and lastly Infrastructure (physical and virtual) that formed the basis for our initial country selection. Next, we created an objective score based research methodology via a set of quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPI) combined with in person site visits and interviews to develop informed recommendations for THD. Finally, the team concluded the study by overlaying the latest nearshore trends to provide research results that reflect real world realities.
