Oil wells were determined as magnetic points and repulsive and attractive parameters were created according to the impact areas of these points during the project process for the pre-selection. The transportation network was arranged at the master plan scale from the intersection points of the magnetic fields that emerged after the parameters created and the settlement areas in the project area were determined at the master plan scale.
