We were asked to work with Seqoon’s new visual identity by creating a modern, flexible, minimal identity that represent the tranquility it provides, hence the name , yet gives the techy feeling that supports the idea of the main brand solution using smart technology

Concept
Our logo embodies the tech, smart feelings we wanted to add to our identity with bold thick lines that shapes our initial ( S ) and coming together to draw a home symbol at the heart of our emblem that represent the main feature our brand provide , Co-owning a second home!
Using visual identity to highlight your luxury
Our visual identity system symbolize the feeling of ownership by using an enclosed visuals of the home symbol to highlight what e want to give importance to either our imagery, or any graphic message we want to send, giving a feeling that your interest is at the heart of our services , which give us a new way of communicating to home owners.
Using the home symbol to highlight important messages at each communication in a three different way either as a single graphic element, or by integrating it with a cut out graphics or using it as a photo containers to maximize its affect on your message.
