ART ON DIFFERENT TRACKS
Concept - Brand identity
Plateforme 10 is the arts district located at the Lausanne train station, bringing together the Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts (MCBA), the Musée Cantonal pour la photographie (Photo Élysée) and the Musée de Design et d'Arts appliqués Contemporains (MUDAC). After the inauguration of the Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts in 2019, the Musée de l'Élysée and the MUDAC joined Plateforme 10 at the end of 2021, creating a new arts district in the heart of Lausanne.
The first step was to design a brand architecture and develop a complete territory supported by the new baseline:

A reference to the place where the institution is located as well as to the avant-garde space where culture can be imagined differently, by becoming this daily inspiration, creating an emulation, an invitation to travel. The 3 museums that make up Platform 10 also had to keep their corporate identity, so a common marker was created to unify their messages. Finally, a graphic identity supporting and illustrating the message was created to accompany the strategic work. Initially, Plateforme 10's communication will be relayed through OOH, social media, POS and e-mailing.
