Arguably the world's greatest mortgage closing package, all in one compact box! Hundreds of thousands (if not millions?) of people all across the USA received this packaging design to help make their mortgage closing process an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

I worked closely and tirelessly with the printer to come up with what we all agreed after many, many iterations, was the perfect box. It's often the case where a designer is only as good as their printer makes them look, so when I was called to take on this multi-million dollar project involving 13-pieces, I knew I had the right team on my side. After nearly a year and a half of revisions, many mockups, and spending most of its life living on screen, it was surreal to hold the final package in my hands.

Now think of the client. They're expecting their closing package in the mail, but they're unaware that they'll be receiving a box inside a box. Imagine their dread of opening a UPS box that they're probably already overwhelmed by. My goal was to create a self-contained package where I could securely organize and simplify the document, while maintaining clarity and fun. Mission accomplished!
