PHOENIX SUN CITY 2022
Sun City is located in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, the capital of Arizona, it is a so-called retirement town, inhabited predominantly by older US citizens from the northern states. The age limit was set at 55 years.
The city has a characteristic circular layout, interspersed with green spaces, golf courses and water features.
The houses consist mainly of one-storied bungalows and are built on level desert ground. There are hardly any stairs and steps and all curbs are flattened - the entire city is almost barrier-free.
All houses are equipped with the latest security technology.
