But, I was featured in it for my work as both a veteran adult literacy instructor on Skid Row and a seasoned elite-level eccentric Angeleno. 

Beyond appearing as a monologuing gutter savant, I have the rare satisfaction of having my ideas validated in a major publication, which is very rare in my life.
