MELINA MCGOUGH:
ART DIRECTOR – GRAPHIC DESIGNER – FASHION COORDINATOR
(Personal Work)

The Outré magazine explores Avant Garde ‘high fashion’ through expressive photography.
This is demonstrated through surreal story telling in a unique way.
There are 56 carefully laid out pages, with precise dye cut windows allowing images to peek through.
Along with the intricate craftsmanship, it has been put together with the 'perfect bind' method.

The '2013' edition is based on the unlucky number 13.
This psychological thriller is dark, twisted and beautiful.
It is infused with a written story and poetry.

Outré definition: ‘Passing the bounds and going beyond what is usual or considered proper’.
