An email announcing Moshi's new line of glass screen protectors produced record results: $19,000 in online e-commerce sales, which included 70 glass screen protectors, 40 regular screen protectors, and additional products not promoted in the email. Of the 9,000 email subscribers at the time, 50% opened and 11% clicked, far more than the e-commerce industry average of 17% open rate and 3% click rate.
