    Crafting content for ecommerce focused emails often means getting clever with the way we talk about basic tech accessories.

An email announcing Moshi's new line of glass screen protectors produced record results: $19,000 in online e-commerce sales, which included 70 glass screen protectors, 40 regular screen protectors, and additional products not promoted in the email. Of the 9,000 email subscribers at the time, 50% opened and 11% clicked, far more than the e-commerce industry average of 17% open rate and 3% click rate.
A fun Halloween email (starring me) was an impromptu project where we could play with the "scary" part of having a smartphone: the fear of dropping it.
"A Smarter Cover" is a play on Apple's Smart Cover, which is similar to Moshi's origami iPad case, VersaCover. This was part one in a two-part back to school email series in 2013.
Part two of a back-to-school series catered to the students and parents buying Macs for college. Moshi's Mac accessories are super slim, so I wrote copy that catered to that while tying in the education theme.
