Insight is a system in which any product category can be placed. It connects, informs, educates and sells. Insight brings interactive customer engagement in the beauty industry to a whole new level. The following slides below show the overview of Insight and how it functions. Insight can be used with any product category, but for demonstration, I chose to highlight the beauty industry. Below is how Insight would reflect that.
