People and Property is a locally owned real estate company founded by Alex Fort. People & Property, put people before property because they know that, fundamentally, the best results in real estate come only when you put people first. They don’t get excited about hitting sales targets; they get excited about giving their clients an experience that no one else can. I worked with Alex to create this minimalist brand that would take the backseat and instead highlight the people and properties unlike their self aggrandising competitors. Over the past 2 years I have created a suite of materials including social media templates, outdoor signage and printed booklets. Here is a snippet of those:
