ODIN for Optimized Diagnosis & Immersive Network
 
 
Odin is a student project about assisting helicopter troubleshooting and repair. With this device, users receive the required assistance while remaining completely autonomous, safety is enhanced and the machine’s downtime is minimized.

Made by the Master 2 PNI at Ingémedia Institute, it's the 6th partnership between Univiersity of Toulon (France) and Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopter).
 
 
 
Equipped with camera glasses, the CO service engineer can communicate directly with the Eurocopter expert with both video and sound to ensure the diagnosis is conducted as efficiently and quickly as possible.
We've created a unique graphic language based on the association of several icon. Every service engineer can use this : the language is universal & simple.

The Eurocopter expert can be reached at any time with Smartphone notifications, to optimize exchanges.
 
THINK BIG TO GET IT RIGHT
 
The Eurocopter expert has a large screen to interact with the CO service engineer. This tool helps the Eurocopter expert to prepare 3D tutorials using an optimized interface.
 
STAY CONNECTED
 
The tablet is the essential element of the device. With it, the CO service engineer is able to log in to his or her account and exchange information with the Eurocopter expert. Other devices can be plugged in, such as enriched reality glasses and a virtual reality headset.
