Real estate developer Michael Intoccia has completed a variety of construction and redevelopment projects. In addition to homes and luxury condos, Michael Intoccia helped develop the Cape Club of Sharon, an upscale country club in Sharon, Massachusetts.

The Cape Club is a large facility with private event spaces and a well-maintained 18-hole championship golf course. Designed in 1959 by Geoffrey Cornish, the course underwent significant renovations in 2006. Renowned course architect Craig Schreiner redesigned the greens, improved drainage, and created 20 new tee boxes.

The Cape Club’s par-72 course is considered one of the finest golf courses in Massachusetts. The club has hosted the Massachusetts Open Championship, the NEPGA Massachusetts Chapter Championship, and the Senior Four-Ball Championship.

In addition to the course, the Cape Club of Sharon offers a practice facility with hitting stations and a short-game area for chipping and putting. The club has a fully stocked pro shop and certified PGA golf instructors who offer lessons to golfers of all ages.
