HSL-700’s interior provides a comfortable and safe drive in both directions thanks to its ergonomic console design. In addition to wide viewing angles, there are also driver cameras showing the front and back railway to maximize the driver's sight. The radio microphone located close to the side window is controlled through a foot pedal to provide hands-free communication with the yardman. The modular structure of the driver desk enables using different control layouts and up to three information displays. The unit cabinets are designed to be able to contain the ETCS railway security system.
